Yoga classes can be provided at your place of work, or if you wish to sample a taster session, balance can provide the teacher and all necessary equipment.

Seminar & workshops: back care

In addition, balance offers an eductational back care seminar from our team of chiropractors and yoga teachers. This 3 hour workshop is informative and practical. The day demonstrates how to look after your posture whilst at work, and guides you through simple steps of awareness and exercises that can all be done at your place of work.

Back problems and depression are the two most common reasons for absence from work. Our back care workshop helps provide the practical tools to enable the individual to prevent back problems and maintain a healthy spine.

Relaxation techniques are also introduced to help deal with daily stress and promote a more positive way of thinking.
