When ordering from balance you can be assured that everything is secure and reliable.
All products have a stock number indicating how many we have left available to purchase. Sometimes this number may not be 100% accurate if another customer has just added the same product to their basket but not yet paid. In most cases though we can re-order goods very quickly.
All in-stock orders are shipped within 3 to 5 days. If there will be a delay with your order, you will receive an additional email explaining the situation.

Here's how the Sage Pay Protx system works:
Four quick steps for secure payments
- You visit the balance site and add products to your basket. You also provide us with your delivery details
- We send you to the secure and encrypted pages on the Sage Pay Protx site to enter your bank details
- Sage Pay Protx checks with your bank to make sure everything is ok (including some security checks for Visa and Mastercard - see below)
- Sage Pay Protx sends you back to the balance site with the response from your bank
The response from your bank
The bank will tell us if everything was ok with the payment process. If no problems were found we conclude your order and send out a confirmation email. If any problems arose, we will inform you and give you options on how to complete your order.
Additional security checks
Depending on your credit or debit card type, the bank may make additional security checks. If you fail to complete these security checks your order may not complete successfully.
Visa and Mastercard details will be scrutinised by Verified by Visa and MasterCard Secure Code checks. You will need to create a new password during the process for these checks if you have not already done so.
If everything is ok with your transaction we will issue you with a confirmation email. This will contain your order number, the content of your order and details about how to track the state of your order if necessary. We do not charge for any items until they are dispatched.
