This is an introduction to Aerial Yoga, a playful and fun way to practice yoga. With the weight of the body supported in a soft hammock, it helps for deeper stretches and greater flexibility whilst building core strength – with ease, and because it’s so playful it leaves you feeling refreshed and relaxed. Twice the benefit for half the effort.
Some yoga experience is required but this class is suitable for beginners and those completely new to Aerial.

The last class in this course has passed
