Description

We run a Saturday workshop/month for runners at the balance yoga studio.

The focus of this workshop is on leg stretching & hip openers. The class introduces yoga poses to stretch and strenghthen specific to runners needs. This is an ideal class to help runners counter & help remediate from injuries. Yoga is also a perfect complement to running training. No yoga experience required.
