Learn the step by step series of asanas to help prepare the body to safely invert in shoulder stand (salamba sarvangasana) and head stand (sirsasana), considered by many as the two most important asanas in yoga. These two poses help to focus and calm the mind, regulate the hormonal and circulatory systems of the body, decompress the spine, elevate your mood and improve the respiratory system.
Contra-indications: pregnancy, menstruation, high blood pressure, injuries to the neck or shoulders, detached retina.
