Description

This six week course, suitable for those with little or no Yoga experience, is a blend of carefully paced yoga practices to help you regain stamina, flexibility and body confidence. The programme will also include simple mindfulness practices, relaxation training and restorative postures to help rebalance the body and mind, and build resilience.

The content of each six week block varies, so students can continue attending the class.
