We run a Saturday workshop/month for runners/cyclists at the balance yoga studio.The focus of this workshop is on back & shoulders. The class introduces yoga poses to stretch and strenghthen specific to runners/cyclists needs. This is an ideal class to help runners/cyclists counter & help remediate from injuries. Yoga is also a perfect complement to running/cycling training.This workshop is for runners/cyclists including those with no yoga experience, and it is also suitable for existing yoga students looking to focus on a particular area.
