In the heart of the Sabine Hills, among olive groves, woodlands and a rolling landscape unchanged for centuries lies a peaceful haven of repose.

With its spectacular views and magical setting, In Sabina lies in the midst of the Italian countryside less than an hour from Rome. The grounds are lush and abundant, with a natural spring, gardens, pond and swimming pool. The property is peaceful, rustic and ideal for spiritual practice.

Two beautifully restored 17th century stone buildings overlook an undulating panorama of olive groves and fruit trees. There are three terraces with beautiful vistas for relaxing and watching the stunning sunsets. The charming medieval village of Torri In Sabina nestles in the hills nearby.

Travel

Nearest Airport is Rome. Only 45 minutes away from Retreat. Arranged transfer at airport. Depending on numbers sharing price is approximately £30pp return.

A purpose-built mountain retreat constructed from two ancient water mills, this is a beautiful centre where you can enjoy yoga with Gerry Kielty as well as walking, riding, biking and other activities in a very tranquil and relaxing atmosphere.

A superb location only 50 minutes from the tourist resorts of the Costa del Sol and the magical city of Ronda. Set in the still undiscovered wild beauty of Andalucia, the hamlet of Jorox is in a fertile green valley, flanked by orange groves in the Nature Reserve "Sierra de las Nieves".

A spring of the river "Rio Grande" is born at the entrance of the hamlet. From it the purest of waters pour through our centre, offering bathing facilities whilst surrounded by the wonderful fragrance of mountain flowers. There is a pool enclosed by a cave, and a 100 square metre yoga studio.

The climate is wonderfully warm with lots of sun, and flights from a good choice of airports in the UK only take a couple of hours.

MAIN HOUSE: 2 Single Rooms and 8 Twin Rooms (one of which has a double & single bed,) all en-suite, with balconies & warm/cold air conditioning.

Bookings

A £100 (non refundable deposit) to secure place. Places offered on a first come first serve basis. Flights and transfers are not included.

All retreats there are 2 classes; 4 hours/day.

Huzur Vadisi: twin room/yurt accommodation; some single rooms/yurts available; vegetarian breakfast, lunch & dinner.

Molino Del Rey: twin room accommodation; some single rooms available; vegetarian buffet brunch & dinner.

In Sabina: twin room accomodation (with & without en suite); some single rooms available & yurt accomodation. vegetarian breakfast, lunch & dinner. No evening meal provided on Friday.

Cancellation policy

If cancellation is made once booked prior to the start of the course, a full refund (less £100 non refundable deposit) can be issued if a replacement student can be found. Once the course has started no refunds or credits will be issued. Refunds (less deposit) can only be given if replacement students can be found.
