Huzur Vadisi has been running since 1993 as a venue for inspiring, relaxing yoga holidays in the pine forested mountains of Turkey's stunning 'Turquoise' coast.

Meaning 'peaceful valley', Huzur Vadisi is built around a traditional restored farmstead with a natural stone swimming pool and a spacious shaded yoga sala. Accommodation is in comfortably appointed yurts scattered among the olive groves. Some rooms are also available. Huzur Vadisi's combination of stunning unspoilt location, welcoming and experienced staff, and 'legendary' food, ensures a memorable experience for which people return year after year.

Accomodation

Comfortable and spacious, in hot weather the apex of the roof is left open to the sky, the so called "Eye of Heaven" - at night you can see the stars from your bed. Equipped with "proper" beds, electricity, wooden floors and home comforts, it is definitely not camping! White cotton mosquito nets ensure you can sleep in blissful peace free from the usual Mediterranean wildlife.

A purpose-built mountain retreat constructed from two ancient water mills into a most beautiful centre where you can enjoy yoga with Gerry Kielty as well as walking, riding, biking and other activities in a very tranquil and relaxing atmosphere.

A superb location only 50 minutes from the tourist resorts of the Costa del Sol and the magical city of Ronda. Set in the still undiscovered wild beauty of Andalucia, the hamlet of Jorox is in a fertile green valley, flanked by orange groves in the Nature Reserve "Sierra de las Nieves",

A spring of the river "Rio Grande" is born at the entrance of the hamlet. From it the purest of waters pour through our centre, offering bathing facilities whilst surrounded by the wonderful fragrance of mountain flowers. There is a pool enclosed by a cave, and a 100 square metre yoga studio.

The climate is wonderfully warm with lots of sun, and flights from a good choice of airports in the UK only take a couple of hours.

Accomodation

MAIN HOUSE: 1 Single Room and 7 Twin Rooms (one of which has a double & single bed,) all en-suite, with balconies & warm/cold air conditioning.

TWIN DOME & TWIN CABIN: Set in an exclusive little environment in the bottom garden, away from the main living area. These rooms have warm/cold air conditioning, "Tempura" memory foam beds, terrace areas, and share a large shower plus two WC's.

Travel

Nearest Airport is Malaga, then 1 hour car/taxi drive. Shared taxis can be arranged. Car rental can be as cheap as taxi for the week.

Bookings

A £100 (non refundable deposit) to secure place. Places offered on a first come first serve basis. Flights and transfers are not included.

Cancellation policy

If cancellation is made once booked prior to the start of the course, a full refund (less £100 non refundable deposit) can be issued if a replacement student can be found. Once the course has started no refunds or credits will be issued. Refunds (less deposit) can only be given if replacement students can be found.
