Rebecca Redpath

Rebecca is passionate about the transformative effects of Pilates on both body and mind after discovering them firsthand. Rebecca believes the practice goes beyond sculpting muscles and developing core strength. Pilates encourages a deep connection between the body and mind, leading to an enhanced understanding of one’s own body. Pilates builds strength, promotes balance, flexibility, and an enhanced sense of self-awareness. 

Pilates classes provide a whole body workout with a focus on the core principles of alignment, breath, and centring. Rebecca creates a safe, supportive environment for clients to move, grow, and feel good. Her mission is to empower people to love movement.

Rebecca is a certified L3 Mat Pilates Teacher and also a qualified Nutritional Therapist (dipION). Rebecca loves to study, continuing to learn and develop her skills & passions. Since completing her Pilates Teacher training she has completed CPD courses in Adding Relaxation to Pilates Classes, and Pre & Post Natal Pilates.
