Aromatherapy Massage     1 hr: £50

Aromatherapy is a holistic treatment using plant extracts (essential oils). Oils are chosen then blended to suit the client’s individual needs. This massage is thought to improve emotional well-being and restore balance to the body.

Deep Tissue Massage     1 hr: £50 / £55

This massage technique focuses on the deeper layers of muscle tissue. It aims to release chronic patterns of tension in the body through slow strokes and deep pressure on contracted areas, following or going across the fibres of muscles, tendons and fascia. This helps to bring about the realignment of the body and freedom of movement.

Deep Tissue and Myofascial Release     1 hr: £55

A treatment for pain and discomfort in joints and muscles – it can help with tension or pain, sciatica, sporting injuries, headaches, muscular spasms, and much more.

Holistic Facial Massage     1 hr: £50

Releases tension, relieves fatigue and stimulates blood flow to the face and neck area, which helps improve the texture of the skin.

Hot Stone Massage     1 hr: £50 

Hot Stone Massage is a deeply relaxing treatment. Warm Basalt stones can be placed on the body and also used with traditional massage techniques to ease the pain and tension of aching muscles.

Indian Head Massage     1 hr: £50

Indian Head Massage has been practised in Asia for over 5000 years. This has now been developed into a seated massage that concentrates on the upper back, arms, neck, scalp and face. This treatment is beneficial in treating the stress related problems of modern living such as headaches, eye strain, tension and insomnia.

Reflexology     1 hr: £50/£55

Reflexology is an ancient Egyptian, Chinese and Indian therapy focusing on the reflex points in the feet that correspond to specific body organs. Hands and ears have similar reflex points and can be substituted.

Remedial/Sports Therapy     1 hr: £50

Sports specific massage to treat and rehabilitate a sport related injury.

Swedish Massage     1 hr: £55 

One of the primary goals of this technique is to relax the whole body, accomplished by rubbing the muscles with long strokes in the direction of blood returning to the heart. It is also very beneficial for increasing the level of oxygen in the blood, decreasing muscle toxins, improving circulation and flexibility while easing tension.

Swedish / Therapeutic Massage     1 hr: £50 / 1 hr 30 min: £70

A deeply relaxing massage that soothes the muscles, promotes circulation, and eases tension.

Thai Massage     1 hr 30 min: £75

Traditional Thai massage helps to strengthen the body and increase flexibility while allowing the client to benefit from the relaxing and healing properties of massage.

Thai Foot Massage     1 hr: £50

A relaxing foot and ankle massage with application of pressure and the use of a Thai stick to stimulate the reflex points on the feet which correspond to the internal organs of the body, stimulation of these points promotes general health and well being.

Therapeutic / Holistic Massage     1 hr: £50/£55

Therapeutic/ holistic massage involves a variety of massage techniques used to ease musculoskeletal problems. Massage is beneficial in relieving muscle tension, promotes relaxation and a general sense of well-being, restores balance in the whole body, alleviates pain and stimulates the bodies own healing on all levels – physically, mentally and emotionally.
