A treatment for pain and discomfort in joints and muscles – it can help with tension or pain, sciatica, sporting injuries, headaches, muscular spasms, and much more.
Holistic Facial Massage 1 hr: £55
Releases tension, relieves fatigue and stimulates blood flow to the face and neck area, which helps improve the texture of the skin.
Reflexology 1 hr: £55 / £60
Reflexology is an ancient Egyptian, Chinese and Indian therapy focusing on the reflex points in the feet that correspond to specific body organs. Hands and ears have similar reflex points and can be substituted.
Remedial/Sports Therapy 1 hr: £55
Sports specific massage to treat and rehabilitate a sport related injury.
Swedish Massage 1 hr: £60
One of the primary goals of this technique is to relax the whole body, accomplished by rubbing the muscles with long strokes in the direction of blood returning to the heart. It is also very beneficial for increasing the level of oxygen in the blood, decreasing muscle toxins, improving circulation and flexibility while easing tension.
