What People Are Saying

Gerry was a fantastic teacher. Very methodical and clear and considered instruction. and he took time with the preparation getting into the poses which really really helped. I haven’t ever had such thorough teaching. I had a great experience of these classes and would readily recommend them.

Loved my pregnancy yoga class today. Wonderful to have a teacher explain everything as she goes along with how it relates to the changes during pregnancy. I have been to other pregnancy yoga and this class is without doubt the best. I would highly recommend it. Feeling great tonight. Thank you.

I cannot speak highly enough about Balance having been a Yoga student here for over 10 years. I would recommend Balance to anyone. The yoga studio is spacious and to a very high standard. The atmosphere is welcoming & relaxed. The yoga teachers are incredible, particularly Maureen & Gerry, giving high quality instructions & so encouraging and supportive throughout the practice. The teachers are backed up by the front desk staff who are always friendly & helpful. The studio offers a wide range of yoga & workshops and caters to suit all levels… If you’re looking to start or enhance your yoga journey there would be no better place to be than Balance.

It is by far the best yoga setup I have tried in Scotland. If you want some escapism try the aerial yoga classes.
