Aerial Beginners Start Up – 4 Week Yoga Course
This 4 week course will introduce the fundamentals of an aerial yoga practice, providing a chance to explore asanas using the support of a yoga hammock. This versatile prop not only aids in building strength, flexibility and stability but allows you to embrace the playful side of yoga.
