Designed to reinstate balance in your body and mind, we’ll begin with a gentle Vinyasa practice to help you connect to your breath and dissolve patterns of tension in your body before sinking onto the bolster where you’ll be guided through a series of reclining postures to elicit deep relaxation and soothe stress.
