Experience both the power of movement and the magic of rest in this nourishing practice. Designed to reinstate balance in your body and mind, we’ll begin with a gentle Vinyasa practice to help you connect to your breath and dissolve patterns of tension in your body before sinking onto the bolster where you’ll be guided through a series of reclining postures to elicit deep relaxation and soothe stress.

Pregnancy yoga with Maureen Smith is suitable for expectant mums at least 13 weeks into their pregnancy. No previous experience of yoga is required.
