Huzur Vadisi established in 1993, was the first centre of its kind in Turkey. In a secluded mountain valley, surrounded by pine forest, the accommodation nestles amid olive and fig groves. It is an oasis of peace in natural surroundings. At night the valley is dark, revealing all the beauty of the night sky. At full moon it is truly magical to see the forest and valley bathed in moonlight. Huzur Vadisi’s setting brings a deep connection with the natural world that immeasurably enhances the benefits of yoga practice.

The combination of great yoga, stunning unspoiled location, welcoming staff and legendary food creates an experience for which teachers and guests have been returning year after year. The Venue

Located in a secluded and peaceful mountain valley amidst olive groves and surrounded by pine forest, Huzur Vadisi is only a ten minute drive to the sea and the small chic yachting resort of Gocek, with its shops, bars and restaurants. The local beach at Inlice is a fifteen minutes drive away.

Accomodation

10 Deluxe rooms are ensuite with air conditioning – 8 rooms with double beds & 2 rooms with twin beds. Single Occupancy, Twin Share or Couple.

3 Standard rooms are ensuite with ceiling fans – 3 rooms with twin beds. Single Occupancy or Twin Share

Yoga

The retreat includes six, 1.5 hr morning classes and four, 1 hour afternoon classes with two afternoons off. This may be subject to change pending the excursion day.  Therefore 5 days of yoga morning and afternoon with one day solely for the excursion.

Meals

Meals are vegetarian by default, served buffet style with fresh local produce, and include breakfast and dinner. The meals are healthy and varied, with plenty of choice. We can cater for gluten and dairy free diets and for medical allergies. However, we regret we can’t cater for personal preferences or complicated special diets. One night a week dinner is eaten out, usually on excursion day.

Flight and Transfer Information

Travel day

Travel days are the beginning and end dates of the course. The first yoga session
begins on the following morning. Dalaman is the local airport, half an hour
away.

There will be someone to meet you at Huzur Vadisi at whatever time you arrive, but if
possible we ask that you book a flight arriving not later than 10:00 pm – however we
realise this is not always possible, and also flights are sometimes delayed or changed.
There is an introductory talk at dinner on the evening of your arrival.

Transfers

Dalaman is the local airport, half an hour away.

Flights
Direct Flights can be found with British Airways, TUI, Jet2 and Easyjet.  They will  fly from Glasgow or Gatwick to Dalaman.
Other regional airports also have flights to Dalaman.

Prices 

Deluxe rooms double bed are ensuite with air conditioning – Single Occupancy £1395 or Couple £1165.

Deluxe rooms Twin bed are ensuite with air conditioning – Single Occupancy £1415, Twin Share £1165,  – Single Occupancy Supplement £250

Standard rooms are ensuite with ceiling fans – Single Occupancy £1365, Twin Share £1115 – Single Occupancy supplement £25

Bookings

What is included in the price:

• 7-nights accommodation
• Breakfast & dinner, unlimited fruit, water, teas and coffee. Ingredients for ‘help yourself’ light lunches are provided in the guest kitchen, you can also make yourself a packed lunch if required.
• Yoga Classes

What is not included in the price:

• Alcoholic or soft drinks
• Excursions
• Flights
• Ttransfers
• One dinner out on excursion day

Places are offered on a first come first serve basis. A payment of £250 non refundable deposit is required to secure a place, and accommodation preference. The remaining balance is due by Friday 01st February 2026.

All participants please ensure that you have travel insurance. It is a condition of booking, that you take out travel insurance to cover cancellation and other eventualities.

If cancellation is made once booked prior to the start of the retreat, a full refund (less £250 non refundable) can be issued if a replacement student can be found. Once the retreat has begun no refunds or credits will be issued. Refunds (less non-refundable payment) can only be given if a replacement student can be found.
