Beginner Yoga Courses

Beginners Start Up – 4 Week Yoga Courses 

We run regular Taster sessions to sample yoga  before committing to our introductory courses. The 4 week course will step by step introduce the essentials basics that is met when coming to yoga for the very first time.  The class includes Asanas (physical postures), breathing, relaxation and meditation.  You will learn how to best prepare your body with mobilising and warming up.
