Eileen has taught across a number of disciplines throughout her professional career and looks forward to applying this experience to yoga teaching. She is interested in the support yoga gives to a healthy body, the importance of the breath and the maintenance of our muscles and joints over the years.
Eileen began studying yoga as a teenager, then after some years, re-discovered it again in 1998 when she joined Gerry’s classes. Gerry’s teaching, and his innovative approach encouraged her to more frequent practice. Since then yoga has become a growing part of her life and she has continued to widen her study and practice, completing her teacher training in 2009.
