Vin to Yin Yoga
A short flowing vinyasa practice to begin class, building warmth to gently stretch out our muscles and mobilize our joints. The flow will then transition into a Yin practice, holding poses passively longer in order to delve deeper into stretching. A great practice to unwind and release.
